I like the fact that they are re-including old companions in this new series. Every time Rose shows up again, or Sarah Jane, or to a lesser extent Martha, it makes me happy.

I want to see cyber-men and Daleks return. I want The Master back. I want Donna to regenerate, and in the process remember that her name used to be Ramona. I want Jack to make out with the doctor again. More fanservice, please!

I think you mean "Romana". And thank god I am fairly certain that will never happen. Although the return of the Time Lords and the restoration of Gallifrey would make for an interesting plot twist...

The Daleks are a foregone conclusion, have been since the first series trailer. Everything else probably won't happen in what little remains of this season, however.

I actually respect them a lot for not doing more fan-service. I love the use of old companions (the 2-part season finale apparently features basically all the new series companions, plus some of the Torchwood and SJA cast) but I think that the introduction of River Song is basically there to forewarn us that this will not end happily. I will not get the squeeful Doctor/Rose flying off into the sunset that I yearn for so deeply. And that's OK, it's respectable, if it's done right.
