I found you in the fibro community and noticed from your latest post there that we have a lot in common. I too must lose a lot of weight and have been mostly bedbound for the past two years. I go out to the doctors and occasionally to WalMart, but my knees are toast from osteoarthritis. I have an electric scooter, but don't have the money to get it fixed. [megasigh]
Anyhoo, I also took a peek at your info page and noticed we have a lot of similar interests...cats, writing, Harry Potter, cfids, cats, dogs, cats. [grin] The little icon up there is my FAP (Feline American Princess), Neferkiti. We also have her brother, Cheech, two dogs, and half a dozen fish.
If you don't mind having a creaking, ancient friend, add me back! Maybe we can boost each other along the way in our goal to be healthier and get out of the ferschlugener beds.
Hey you. First, Mitch was sooo funny. :( Second, obviously I wasn't able to meet with you today. We're leaving tomorrow morning. I felt pretty crappy today and spent most of it asleep. Just about the only time I was awake was when I took Tim's sister-in-law to get her nails done (and mine...lol) as a belated birthday present. I'm really sorry. I would have loved to meet with you, but we will some day! *HUG*
Thanks. I was hoping that you'd get this tonight. I couldn't really find a medical place to replace the pads on my tens unit, so I'm going on a prayer tomorrow! lol I hope you feel okay too, you.
