snow dogs

It is snowing in the land of which I live. I took the dogs for a walk and was worrying about snow getting packed into their little dog feet and hurting them, like in The Call of the Wild. Then I reasoned that that probably only happens to sled dogs who run trails for 25 hours a day, only stopping to dig themselves little holes in the snow to sleep
