I tell ya; "you don't know what you got till it's gone." Two weeks is the longest I can remember having to stick to soft food (which has its attractions, mind you -- Haagen-Dasz cofee ice cream and Yodels, to name only two indulgences, but dude! I missed crunching!).

I'm eating pretzels now. Woohoo! :)

I'm amazed they let you use straws; my periodontist expressly forbids them.

Other than that, everything's back to normal. I can eat anything I want now.
