Calling on the digital music mavens

I finally got a hard-drive-based digital music player (an iRiver H120, chosen over an iPod mostly because it has an FM tuner). I've mastered the basic operation (it sounds fabulous!), and now I'm ready to rip some of my music CDs.

well, i use i-tunes now, but CDEx is the bomb-diggity. it's way simple. i have no idea where to get it. it just lives on my machine, so i'm sure mr. alice downloaded it.

I use iTunes. It rocks. :) It has a great compression rate, and is tied to the online music store.
