before i lived here, i lived in a tiny loft with tall ceilings. ceilings which regularly issued literal downpours. a couple of times from what i imagine was a tub overflowing and many times from rain streaming in the window. just over and over again. i lived with a nasty old towel on the window sill.
then, we had several instances of our sliding door leaking here, including a river forming one day, before it was (seemingly) properly fixed.
