Just because you ar the mod, doesnt' mean you are obliged to post. if some people are posting to the themes, then it's worth putting them up. it's not 'hypocritical' to psot them and not repsond to them yourself. it woudl be if you hassled people about doing it and didnt' do it yourself, but you aren't putting any pressure on people, so it's okay.
i think people shoudl be encouraged to post non-theme writing as well, though.
I haven't voted, because I think there are a number of good options, and it really depends on what you want.
I like having the community, and I like getting prompts - having a goal, and a focus, keeps me writing. But it's not really fair on you to have to keep doing it, when you have so much else on your plate, and no time to write yourself. I'd favour, then, people taking turns in making suggestions (though I suppose that makes it difficult when so few people manage to participate as is), or someone else takes over. But I don't know.
I would like to keep it going, though. I'm finding it really useful.

I'm willing, I think, if it means making sure it can keep going. I'd rather get prompts than give them, but I could work around that, if needs be.

Perhaps we could co-mod?
