ARGENTINA:
Mascot: The Pombero
Captain: Arsenio Fernandez
Chaser: Arsenio Fernandez: This man might look wimpy, but he sure does pack a punch. He's fast as a whippet, both on and off the field. He's loud, and filled to the brim with pride for his country. He can often be heard yelling about his team, always ending with a boisterous "ARGENTINAAAA."
Seeker: Thiago Ferreyra: This gorgeous seeker is always front and centre in team pictures. His accent makes the ladies swoon, even if they cannot understand half of what he says. He doesn't let this get to his head, though. He's still a modest person, and has worked very hard to get where he is. Of course, this only makes him more appealing.
Keeper: Milagros Bianchi: She is the goofy, fun-loving team comedian. She can keep everyone around her laughing, and does so with a lot of swearing. She brags to anyone who will listen about her ability to drink all the men on the team under the table, and she is looking forward to challenging the Irish to a little drinking contest.
Beater: Julieta Sofia Diaz: In spite of the femininity her name suggests, Julieta is the most muscular member of the team, wielding her beater's bat like a twig and knocking unsuspecting Chasers' teeth out with ease. She wears her hair in a tight bun and insists that she has never been seen in a dress since her Quinceñera. However, contrary to her intimidating nature, she is the sweetest member of the team.
IRELAND:
Mascot: The Leprechaun
Captain: Ava Hughes
Chaser: Adam Malony: Known for his wide-eyed expressions while shooting back and forth on the pitch, Adam Maloney is by far the most modest on the team. His modesty is often mistaken for snobbery, however, when he refuses to sign autographs or give interviews. People have speculated that he might have a foot fetish due to his habit of staring at his and other peoples' shoes while standing in front of crowds.
Seeker: Ava Hughes: One could call this firy woman a knock-out: she's fit, but also infamous for sending rival players to St. Mungo's after tough losses. Not known for her sportsmanship, she frequently spits on opponents during matches from her lofty position above. However, such a position has led to rumours concerning her lack of knickers beneath her Quidditch robes.
Keeper: Michaela Fitzgerald: Known as the "friendly one", she is a fan favourite due to her bubbly and engaging personality. On the downside, she often comes across as ditzy in interviews and has occasionally become disoriented on the pitch. Some are surprised that she made the team since the Irish fan base doesn't take her seriously as a player, but she plans to prove them wrong in the Cup.
Beater: Conan O'Carroll: This spirited redheaded man leads the team in their warm-up exercises while singing traditional Irish drinking songs in his booming voice. At previous matches, he would enter the pitch with a pint in his hand and drink it before tossing it aside. Unfortunately, he is no longer allowed to do this after dropping the empty mug on a spectator's head and giving him a concussion.
