"Something red or white, just not too bright." Poppy said. She rememebred Hermione's look when she entered the ward. "I just redecorated, you see, but we couldnt find any new drapes, so we still have the old grey ones up."

"Grey? You've got to be kidding me. That's so bland! You need to spice up the wing a bit! I could help you if you'd like. I think that a red and white pattern would suit perfectly for a hospital wing. Possibly a red and white check? Or a white curtain with some red criss-cross diagonals? What do you think? I'm sure I could find something else. We can go look in my closet if need be."

"OOh, the diagonals sound fun."

Poppy suddenly realized how nice it was to be having a chat with another teacher. She had been stuck in the ward for so long, with only Filch and her patients to talk to. Her patients were usually not in the mood for talking, and Filch...well.........Filch wasn't that interesting, at times.

"That sounds great! I'll be right back! My storage closet can get crampy and only I seem to be able to move around in there," he said, bustling off and into his storage room

He coughed at some dust balls and finally found the pattern he wanted. He prepared them into drapes with magic and brought them out to Poppy, nearly completely covered by the material. It was weighing him down imensely.

"Here we go!" he said, heaving them onto a table.

"OOh, wow!" Poppy exlaimed. "These are perfect! I just needed something to frame those two small windows by my desk. The balcony windows are completely open, so I can leave them alone. OOh thank you!"

"I'm so glad you like them! I'm sure they'll look fantastic!" he said happily, running off to get a little more material.

"Just let me know if you ever need me again!"

I smiled as I walked out of Professor Flitwick's classroom, hands stuffed with heavy drapes.

"Thank you, Professor!"
