My apologies, Dr. Stein. I'm not really one to comment on diligence.

It seems that the water supply has been contaminated by an unknown substance, and that is causing anyone who drinks from it to have certain parts of their body transformed into that of an animal.

I'm certain that there are worse effects one can suffer from than a mild electric shock.

It's virtually harmless, and so I wouldn't say that it is such a terrible thing to have happened. And I was. I am currently in the possession of two blank panther arms and eyes.
