U-um, question, though! 'Water turns to blood'- ne, does that mean the fountains as well? And all the water in the city? Or is it just some...

Also, do those function like curses? (i.e. Will the 'unhealable boils' disappear after one full 24-hour day or will they linger on until the Event is over or will they just be there forever?)
