I enjoyed this very much. It was a great idea to have two poly groups here: one established and experienced, setting an excellent example and offering great advice; and one still at square one, bashful yet excited, careful yet stumbling, trying to figure out how to do this. It was a great juxtaposition.

The journal entries were used well here, an interesting way to get into characters' heads. I also liked the poly rules beginning each chapter, and how Tony basically bent or broke every one of them. :)

I kind of like how the only one in a "traditional" relationship is Thor (if you can call human woman/Norse god a traditional pairing), and yet he is completely on board with his teammates' choices.

I especially liked how the sex didn't happen until the very end, and all we got up till then was all the talking that's supposed to go into a poly relationship. I liked how even the epilogue showed that they still have a ways to go physically. Even when things are looking great, it should still be a work in progress.
