In Your City, Scanning Your Pups

My pup Tsukasa has been curious about what sort of people live in the City and very much worried about his Master Kirihara-san. This curse is the perfect time for him to be powerful enough to scan the entire City.
Canonically, he can "feel" a psychic when he releases his psychic energy. Something similar to a small shock wave will be felt by those who aren't human, but normal people wouldn't feel a thing.
As a limitation, he can only tell if someone is from what faction, but can't tell who exactly that is. However, if he meets your pup face to face, then he will be able to tell whether or not your pup has power and to which faction they belong to.
But since he works in the hospital and goes out to buy groceries a lot, you have the option of letting him know exactly who you are or not.
You also have the option to feel Tsukasa's presence. Whether or not your pup can tell it was Tsukasa who did the shock wave or not it entirely up to you.
