There'll be a contamination through the City water system. I know I know, I couldn't think of another way for this to infiltrate okai? And it's harmless really! But for tomorrow, a most optional side effect of drinking this water is hyperactivity or even super speed. What the hell kind of contamination is that, you wonder. Well certain "scientists" in the Palace have been trying to clone one particular Ianto Jones' coffee recipe with complete and utter failure to date. Batch X9-34E is one of those failures, mistakenly poured out into one of the Palace's cellar pipelines. The water may taste slightly bitter.
Again this is completely optional and whichever route your character takes (hyperactivity, super speed, or both) is completely up to you, the player. The side effects would wear out within 24 hours. Please keep City Power Limits in mind if your character plans to demonstrate how he or she is the newest Quicksilver. And have fun with it!
