That was great. Arthur's brave refusal to betray his kingdom was in character and you had me feeling for this tortured, hopeless King as he waited to meet his maker. Thank goodness his kick ass, all powerful consort arrived just in time.

Of course he killed them all. Nobody gets to lay hands on the King but Merlin!

Oh poor Arthur. Locked up and tortured, and then thinking he's about to die. Obviously I didn't enjoy that at all, Polo. Not one bit. *beams*
Merlin would absolutely kill anyone for doing that to Arthur. And he'd be BAMF and scary. Perfect.

Thank you so much! But ah Clea, I wasted the best postage stamp ever a bit by rushing this out in the space of an hour! I'm gonna try and salvage it a bit before I stick it on AO3... but there will be more kidnap fic to come, oh yes there will *mutters to self*
