I liked Percy, but I didn't like his story arc. The whole family just didn't treat him well in my mind.
And yes the middle is so hard. I was trying to plot a story the other day with the first/last method (you number a page to 15 and start at 1 plot and then go to 15 and plot then 2 & 14 until you meet in the middle .... and I always get stuck with like 4-5 blanks in the middle.)

And I've never heard of this method o-o Maybe I should try it someday!!! It can help me with "middle-blanks".
