Badly-drawn and in an entirely separate universe from anything resembling "funny" or "poignant" or "pertinent" or anything else political cartoons are supposed to be.
When one or two people don't get something, it means they are stupid. When the entire audience doesn't get it, then it's time to stop acting like a pretentious, elitist prick and realize you are failing to communicate your ideas effectively.
I'm presuming it's Cheney on the left. I don't know who the other one is, or why he's floating in the air. The lettering could be somewhat more legible. I'm not sure what's going on here. Something Canadian?
