How many BILLIONS have we spent on "homeland" security and reorganization of the CIA/FBI and all we get for that is a "gut feeling".

That's why I call BS. If we had spent the 1.2 trillion it is so far going to coast us for fucking up Iraq we could have had the best damned security in the galaxy. Fuck the right wing with their "gut feelings".
