It's a very nice video. The real trouble is how the media displays Islam. They show imagery of Jihad-Cultists, who are not Muslims, and say that the pictures are showing Muslims.
The meaning of Jihad is very misunderstood in much of the world. The Qur'an very clearly states to show respect to those of other faiths, and even specifies that Jews and Christians are to be respected. My understanding (which may be flawed) is that Jihad means to live your faith in a way that shows that it is the true path, not to destroy those who follow other paths. But the media shows killing and terror and tells us that it is showing Jihad. When, really, they're just showing cultists.
then why aren't these billions of tolerant Muslims publicly denouncing the jihadists as unfaithful. If this religion really does separate itself from this kind of violent reactionary intolerance, why don't they do so loudly and publicly.
The larger issue is that News broadcasting is a for-profit venture. And decrying extremism does not make for a compelling segment in terms of pure advertising revenue. It sucks, but there it is.
I would say that the Basic teachings of most religions is peace love and understanding. However there are ALWAYS those who take those teachings and bend them to hate and murder. Its not just Islam. Its been done with almost every faith.

Don't know what, but apparently a world of diversity and complexity, a world that requires understanding and clear vision, is a world that makes you lash out. Unfortunate.
Where is the ignorant thought? That youtube is blocked? That islamists put bullshit propaganda out there to make themselves look less like animals? That the Koran has around 500 calls to kill all non believers?
