Uhm, what the bloody hell is wrong with the maker of that graph?

Democrats did not control congress in 2007. They took the senate, while GOP held the house. How is that anything other than split control?

Dems got the house in 08, and thus had both bouses, but in 07 it was splt. So....yeah...bad graph is bad.
