Oh dearie me. I think the part about this piece that really got to me was not that it was so angsty, but that the tone was so...not. For some reason the dichotomy between the nonchalant language and the really deep themes underneath really played well off against each other and juxtaposed made everything that much deeper and that much more startling by the time you hit the end. Just wow, love. Wow. Amazing work. Really amazing. Loved it.
