I've recently been posting about it on my regular roleplaying board as well.

Naturally the right wingers have immediately started mentioning Michael Moore and his documentaries.

But then, they do that if you stub your toe against a Humvee.

"Expelled" looks like a lot of slippery slope logic (it even violates Godwin's Law from the looks of things) and disguised irrationality.

This is all over the skeptical blogs. PZ Myers has been having what can really only be described as a "field day". They've also been throwing it around on Skepchick, and even Phil has mentioned it occasionally. It's been gone over on The Skeptic's Guide to the Universe and even Geo has weighed in on it.

Oh yes, this is really big news. The makers of the film are worthy of loud and strident ridicule, and that's exactly what's been happening.
