3. [Here is where Robert's writing becomes a little... terse?] You hardly need to be so anxious about it. If it were your problem, it would be very commendable that you are asking for help for it. Asking for help is a very intelligent thing to do; certainly it is much better than blundering about.
[Were Robert capable of writing gently, he probably would. As gently as he can seem, anyway.] I understand that romantic relationships can be... difficult. It is especially difficult in such a scenario where one person is interested and the other is not. But... usually, a rational, clear-minded approach ( ... )

I... suppose I don't, but it is difficult for me to converse in any other fashion. The words do not come nearly so easily then.

I suppose it becomes second nature to use words that one becomes accustomed to. Were I to write in your fashion, I would... have to restructure my sentences significantly.

Good evening, today I will be discussing with you about a most important matter concerning the issue of your vocabulary and how it is much more difficult to write in a manner such as this than how I would typically write.

That may be so, but it was actually a very pleasant script to read. Though I suppose it would be unnecessary to write like that consistently...
I... had enough trouble simplifying my sentences for a certain Ms. Aislinn, so I doubt I could use your vernacular easily.

Ya it totally sucked when I had to write like that so I usually made someone else do it
But why is simple harder?? I mean its called simple for a reason!

I suppose the reason is mainly because the meanings of simple words are not... profound enough for me to be at ease using them. [They also do strange things to his mind - like making it significantly easier to admit things he'd rather not admit, as Vivi saw. It's so much more comforting to Robert to be able to hide behind a layer of somewhat-obfuscated meaning.]

That may be true indeed, but that does not change the fact that, even here, I am strange. Much of the physics and knowledge of the worlds here differs hugely from my own.
