Meep remind never to get on Anakin's bad side that I'd have to endure a lecture like that. I'd be balling my eyes out a hell of a lot quicker than Bail did. Talk about brutal honesty.
I wonder now Obi-Wan felt about that probable timeline being explained so someone else knows about it?

I think the fact that Bail was seriously eyeing that dagger earlier offended Anakin deeply. Anakin has always tended to be someone who believes that all things are possible, and he just doesn't believe in giving up. Since the Anakin who became Vader in (as our Anakin puts it) that other timeline essentially gave up fighting when he gave in to Sidious and became Vader, he now has essentially zero tolerance for the act of giving up. I think that's why he reacted as strongly as he did. That on top of the way Obi-Wan had been trying to blame himself for this, too (reminding him of the way he would have blamed himself for Vader) probably made the lecture a bit harsher than it otherwise would've been.
I think that'll probably be addressed in the next scene . . .

Oooh ok cos I can't imagine Obi-Wan is going to be happy about Anakin's method of bring Bail to his senses. Even if it did work

Right now I think it might be more a matter of shock over the fact that he told someone else about Vader. Later it'll probably be shock over the way he told it.
