*Pairing: Mainly Anakin/Obi-Wan w/ some mention of Padmé
Rating: Fairly PG-13ish now, but inevitably at least an R (?)

Yay, update! Very nice... I can't wait to see what other effects Bail will have on the story! And, as always, I love the Obi-Wan/Anakin. Thank you for the update!

*Clunks head on desk* Good gods, please don't take this as anything like this chapter's finished form! It's still heavily under construction! I just got thwaped by Xanatos (who was scowling at me evilly from over Bail's shoulder and holding onto his arm fairly possessively) for forgetting something in the earlier chapter and it made that chapter run too long now Bail's thoughts are all scrambled about. Sorry! Should be fixed and readable soon . . .

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you finally got a chance to read it all. I'm terribly behind because of work (my new job is eating up entirely too much of my time, but what can you do?), but I'm hoping to get most of another chapter done this weekend, while I'm off. I've got pages of notes and post-its from where I've been scribbling to myself during breaks, at work. Now that I've had a few weeks to adjust to the new schedule, I'm hoping to get most of another chapter written on the weekends until I get this done. I'm kind of tentatively planning a sequel, but it hasn't gotten out of the doodling/outlining stage yet.

*Grins and bounces* I know, I know! I'm working on it! I promise I am! I'm hoping to get some actual progress on the rest of that last chapter (which, unfortunately, has been sitting there, just past the yes, for something like the better part of a month now, because I went back and added in new material at the beginning and towards the center of the work instead of writing more from the end) uploaded onto the lj by tomorrow night. *Bounces some more* I hope I'm not giving anything away here, but poor Bail! He can't shield his innermost thoughts to save his life.
