Angst! And such delightful angst it is too! And I loved the way you commented on what Anakin's speech was going to do and what Palpatines reaction was.

Thanks so much! More angst will be coming, on Anakin's end. Events have been different enough already that he's already starting to wise up to Palpatine, even though he doesn't suspect yet, and it really tears him up. There was a bit from Palpatine's point of view in the previous part, wasn't there? I added it in recently so I'm not sure where it's at anymore. I'm hoping it helps make it clear just how much influence he's had over Anakin and how hard it is for Anakin to get out from under his influence.

As soon as I read that line, my sister starts playing "My Heart Will Go On", and I had to stop and read it again. And again. It made me sniffle.

I am completely and utterly in love with this story. You have picked one hell of a time to end that chapter, and I'm twitching in my seat to get more of this. Lovely, excellent, abso-bloody-lutely fucking amazing story. Marry me. Have my children. Write MORE. Or post more, if it's already written.

Wow, your sister has timing, doesn't she?

More is written already, but it's just up on my lj. I know at least the next few parts are already unlocked, if you're feeling brave enough and go look. It's all in order, just reverse order since the newest part's up at the top.

I'm so glad you like it! It really makes me feel good to hear that people are liking this, since I've been writing it for so long now.

Thank you so much! Sorry for the delay in responding. It's finally gotten cold enough to start making holiday goodies, and I've kind of been corralled into helping. Not all of the parts are unlocked yet, I'm fairly certain, but I've been making so many edits for new material that I thought it was a better idea to keep part of them locked while I was in the process of changing things, so people wouldn't be confused by the changes while I was mid-edit.

That was totally mean cliffhanger! lol. It was intense to be truthfully. I was warped when I realized that I have to wait again for the next parts to be posted. It's okay....I can wait....I can be patient....I think. You're killing me. You left it off just as it was getting interesting. It was pure genius. It keeps us wanting more. (I am humbled before greatness!!!) hehe. Obi-wan was in for a tsunami huh?

Sorry for the cliffhanger. It actually takes a few more parts before it all really hits him. And a few more parts for them to work through it so that Obi-Wan can let Anakin know what he knows without the poor boy having a complete meltdown in the process. New post on Saturday, parts 1-15. Promise!
