No, 45 didn't order the airstrikes to 'distract you from da Truth (r)(tm)(c) about his relationship with Russia.' That still is and always was the stupidest fucking argument in the world: the idea that because one news event is newer, and thus louder, than a previous news event, that human beings are incapable of remembering the old news event because the new one has overridden or even overwritten it in their psychology.
If that were the case that entire construction of the argument wouldn't be possible: "While x was distracting you, y is going on" is a single sentence that proves your own ability to both know x and y. It's fucking stupid. Congress is still investigating Russian influence in 45's campaign, this doesn't change that.
What it does change is, if anything truly damning is found, whether Congress has the political capital to impeach him. That's it.
