☆ Is there anything ought not be mentioned near this character? Nah, go for it. I can't think of what you could say that he would actually even care about.
☆ Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Yes. Sefton has the ability to attract people to him - that is, he can inadvertently make people like him. This only works, however, if force is applied (i.e., tapping him on the shoulder / smacking him in the face / bumping into him / etc.), and the amount of attraction is always equal to the amount of force. A small tap isn't going to do much, but these things do add up. Not all instances of touching him will trigger this, though.
If you're not sure whether something might trigger his ability or not, try this simple test: find a solid, preferably flat object (your desk or wall works!) and proceed to try out the action. If you end up creating noise, it's the kind of force that triggers it! If not, then it's soft, slow or subtle enough to be safe.
(This is caused by magnetic shifts and Sefton generating a constant, oddball magnetic field or somesuch pseudo-science like that. If you character is sensitive to that sort of thing, it's perfectly fine if they notice.)
Effects are generally unnoticeable due to how subtle they are. If he ever learns how to reverse the effect, the same would likely be true.
Addendum: hitting him anywhere from the shin and below while he has his shoes on is fair game. They're magic like that.
CHILD EXPERIMENT addendum: ickle Sefton is very touchy-feely/tactile and will most likely try to touch your character in some way - grabbing their hand, leaning on them, poking at them, etc. While his power will not be neutralized for the experiment, any effects that might be incurred can disappear as soon as it's over (or not - it's up to you!) without any negative side-effects.
☆ Anything else, please mention here: I already went on my little tangent, so... Ilu gaiz. ♥
