Hm. An elected official, (mis)using the authority of her office to suppress the Constitutionally guaranteed rights of others in order to support a support her own political agenda (and simultaneously suppress that of others)? This person needs to be removed from office for cause, and forever banned from holding any other government position.

And she needs to be greatly thankful that the People's Republic of Southern California has not yet been admitted to the ranks of North and South American Banana Republics, because I understand the golden parachute for oppressive dictators among them includes a free post and bullet-pocked wall to stand in front of during the "retirement" ceremonies...

Heh. Yes, California in general has become a haven for stupidity, venality, corruption, and general political hooliganism. She should be removed from public office and banned from holding any political office ever again, but what do you want to bet that will happen? Maybe Nature will be kind and give her rapidly progressing Alzheimer's starting yesterday, a case in which the disease progresses at exponential rates (in baseVgoogleplex). One more reason I never want to go back to Southern California.

*Sour tone* For such people, I prefer the idea of terminal digestive system problems - either incontinence or constipation will work, as long as it's terminal. Although the second condition better lends itself to well-deserved jokes about what politicians are full of.

Once upon a time I almost wrote a story about the X-lax murders: You bind the arms and legs of the SOB in question with Duct Tape, sit them on the toilet, Duct Tape them ONTO the toilet so they can't get away, and feed them about 3 pounds of X-lax. Within 3 hours, Voila! Flush and there's no body and no evidence. BWA-ah-ah! XSD
