At least light is being shed on the incidet, and there's a chance the cops involved will have to pay for what they did. But yes, it's terrifying that that could happen in the American heartland.

I'm glad to see that this is coming to court at all. I hope that either the Dearborn police force or the officers as individuals wind up paying for their malfeasance.
