This is indeed seriously-bad news for the Obama Administration. While it's true that a President can get away with ignoring the Court (James Madison and Andrew Jackson both succeeded in doing so on occasion), he can only do so with the aid of high popularity and a Congress in his pocket: Obama neither has the former nor, thanks to the Tea Parties, the latter.

Looks like Obama's finally going down.
