What is the name of that miscreant? I can't look it up on this computer, because it may be NSFW, but I do want to make sure to send a protest letter to the parole board. And I do have some friends on the inside who will be happy to let her fellow inmates know what she did.

I couldn't find it -- they don't give out names of criminal adults if the victim is a child, for fear that that will be enough to let people know who the child is and where he/she lives. I'd say describe her crime in detail in the letter, adding that her name wsn't given because of concern for the child's safety. Do the same as far as your friends in the prison go. Betcha they know who she is!
