Hello, Not sure why the website e was cycling back and forth, not usually an issue. It is optimized for internet explorer, if you are using an alternate browser, you may want to switch when going to your account online. We also have an optional pay site to check out if the primary site is down for any reason, usually due to normal maintenance. Here is that site: https://www.qwest.com/MasterWebPortal/freeRange/QuickPay.action If you would like, you can email us at talktous@qwest.com, put steve in the sub line, I will take care of the $4 charge for having to call in an make your payment. Regards, Steve

Thank you. That's very kind. I finally gave up and paid over the phone, and the extra $4 charge wasn't all that excessive. But in the future, I'll try that other site if that problem comes up again. -- My Internet service is AOL; AOL uses Internet Explorer as its web engine, so that wasn't part of the problem. The lady I talked to, who took my payment over the phone, said the site had been having problems all day. Anyway, next month, if I have problems paying my Qwest bill online, I'll use the other site, or email you. :-)
BTW, do I have to do anything as you change over to that new company, or will it all be taken care of automatically?
