I hope "Progressive" groups withhold their donations from Obama. It helps whoever the Republican is.

The other day I was reflecting on how he campaigned on how he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan, close Gitmo, etc. But none of this has come to pass; the only difference is now we're involved in *three* conflicts overseas.

In some ways he seems like a young man who thinks his parents are full of @#$%, and then gets out into the real world, and finds out that Dad wasn't so full of @#$% after all... Too bad he's far worse at money management.

Heh. That he is. He's still talking about running in 2012, though, unfortunately, which means he isn't overwhelmed enough by the job to throw his hands in the air and walk away.
