WTF? Somehow, I am not reassured. People do not go to Western State for being merely cranky.

Yep. What alarms me are those "arsonist" and "robbery" charges. That has a distinct resemblance to the bastard that burned down four restaurants next to one another in the block of N 85th Street between Greenwood Ave N and Bartell Drugs (120 N 85th) last year. That one also torched several other places around town. I don't remember whether he got prison or a sojourn in Western State. I hope it was the former, and that this asshole isn't him.
