Not always. As in this case. British prisons are hellholes, too. Betcha he doesn't enjoy his stay in one of them. XD

It gets better: British prisons are ruled by gangs that make MS-13 look like the Peace Corps. Either you join one of those gangs or you live what passes for your life in utter terror until either the parole board or death releases you. I don't think he's going to find a gang to take him in in whatever prison they ship him off to -- they'll choose one that has no Islamist gangs.
