Teen Arrested For Having Permanent Marker at School

I would love to see that teacher arrested for violating one or another stupid law on the books in that city, and fined for it right down to her underwear.

That'll get tossed. The ordinance prohibits possession without permission on private property -- I doubt the public school is "private property," no?

Oh, I'm sure that will get thrown out. I hope the kid's parents sue the bejezus out of the school -- and that that teacher is fired. She sounds as if she has real control issues of the sort that they do not need in a school.
