Gah - I couldn't watch more than about forty seconds of that. I actually found it painful.

Yes, it is. It makes you wonder about the sort of individual who could come up with the idea behind that video in the first place, and then put it up there where just anyone could stumble over it and get a good case of eye-burn from it.
