How a grown woman could ever pull such a stunt is beyond me. Victimizing a minor by means of something like this shows she never grew up. I could sort of understand a really vicious female high-school junior pulling this on a rival, but not a grown woman. I hope they put the bitch away for a good long time, and give her therapy to try to help

The woman is clearly emotionally retarded. Quite literally. Someone who was truly mature wouldn't have had to think about it at all to realize that was something she shouldn't do, ever. In fact, it never would have occurred to her to do it. This just isn't something a true adult would do. The perpetrator is clearly emotionally maldeveloped and, very likely, emotionally damaged due to her own bad experiences. But that doesn't make her any less dangerous. I really do hope they lock her up, at least for a while, because she won't be able to do things like this while she's locked away.

She's probably an inveterate watcher of every truly stupid things on TV she can make time for, which means she watches lots of cop and people's court shows, which means, yeah, she's likely to open mouth, insert foot, and find somebody carving on her a lot.
