This is a daily posting that Rasmussen has up, and these are the lowest figures I've seen. The "Strongly Disapprove" rate is higher now that the total "Approval" rate for Obama.

... which implies that Obama could have very strong "negative coat tails" in 2010 and perhaps even 2012, which in turn may make it very difficult for him to get legislative support for any of his programs, even from his fellow Democrats.
