*LOL* Thanks for the encouragement! I'll keep your offer in mind if I need someone to keep me on-task on Saturday.

And I haven't really been saying anything about the details of this story to anyone, deliberately. I want my beta-readers to go in fresh, you know? To go in having no previous expectations or knowledge about the plot. Those few paragraphs that I posted online are the only part I've shown to anyone, and that was the very beginning of the story anyway.
