Anyone know of a buyer for my gorgeous Huge Victorian House in Sea Gate ( the tip oF Coney Island)?
It is a two family house on 1/4 acre, 1/2 block from the Ocean.

Maybe. How much. You can email me if you don't want to post it. dinahpd has me address. Both places look terrific. If the cost of material for the barn is part of the problem, check craigslist. Contractors sell a lot of leftovers on there and sometimes there are really good prices.

I am asking $979 for the house in SeaGate,
thanks for asking, and thanks for the Craig list idea, really now it's labor that's got me,
but there are still some supplies needed, and leftovers work fine for me!
