Pokemon White freezing

I just turned on my Pokemon White and when I play the game when the season comes on with the player on it..it freezes. Can someone tell me what's wrong here and why it's freezing? I tried it on my DSi XL and DS Lite and the game freezes on both. I hope nothing is wrong with it.

I hope you don't mind my asking, but where did you buy the game? And how far along are you in it? If you bought it from a store, you might have a case with Nintendo replacing it.

I bought it at Gamestop where I preordered it and far in the game. I got all my badges and working my way to complete the Pokedex and when I turn it on it freezes. I have 385 in Pokedex Time 82:16 I mean does this happen to anyone? I take care of my stuff like babies unless this is some sort of a glitch. But I'm hoping I don't have to go out and buy a new game for this :(

Aw, man. That really sucks. I don't have anywhere near that high a game time, nor that many Pokemon, so I'm not sure whether it's related to game time/Pokedex or what.

My suggestion is to talk to Nintendo and see if they know anything, if you don't get any replies here.

Ya I hope I don't have to reset my game ither. I'm gonna look around Youtube but so far only a few have experienced this. If you just type in Pokemon White freezing on it you'll see some videos only a few though. A friend of mine thinks it could be a glitch but I'm not sure I never experienced this type before on any of my Pokemon games D=

could it be that the sensor thingies are dirty? try a q-tip with rubbing alcohol to clean it
