Honestly, we're (almost?) all getting exhausted of these crossover AUs, since they're usually short-lived and fizzle out with not much of a bang. We haven't seen any interesting crossovers, so...

I would like to vote on one less AU and opt instead for you all to focus on the ones you currently have.

Though I do believe I give my characters that I already have a fair amount of attention.

And that's fair, but you'll also potentially be drawing others into the AU who should really concentrate on who they already have.

I'm kind of against any new AUs in general for the most part, that are larger-scale and involve more characters and broader story.

Yeah, hence why I wanted to ask before I did anything. I also was going to put up a "If you don't have time for this, please don't. It'll be easier for everyone this way".

Agreeing with the other anon actually - I for one am kind of sick of all the crossover AU's that don't take the time to go in-depth and make the verses make any real sense. Aside from "when this character died they became this character from another series for no reasons". So unless you're willing to go through and make everything work somehow...I'd say no too. :(

Thats why I was asking for your input. I wasn't going for a "WHEN X DIED THEY BECAME X", but more of "This was always how it worked", if that makes sense.

If it means anything, I like the idea the anon below came up with for sure though, with the pacts and Legendaries always being the "normal" thing in that world. Taking both the series and mixing them together in a working way is all I'd ask for. :> Good luck with the idea in the future!

HMMM. I think you're generally pretty good with AUs and making them fun, but if you really want to do this one I think it'd be better to hold off on it for now. As others have brought up, people are kind of tired of seeing crossover AUs at the moment, but maybe there will be less people annoyed with them in the future?

I don't know, I have a bit of a soft spot for how batshit crazy Drakengard is and I can see how you could easily just take the pact system from Drakengard and apply it to humans in the standard gameverse making pacts with legendaries (which seems to be what you're going for, I think?), but now might not be the best time.

Yeah, I wasn't planning on doing it right away, just getting a general consensus on how people would feel about it. I'd also have to take some time to figure out just how things would work, what the mechanics of it would be, and things like that.

I was definitely going to take a long time to place everything where it needed to be, if more people are for it than against it.
