I don't think any trainer's been to Almia since there's no Gym or Contest Hall of the sort there. Just lots and lots of Rangers.

Yes, actually. A while ago, there was a tunnel collapse in the Sinnoh Underground near Eterna, and while some of it's been cleared out, there's still enough rubble to be a nuisance.
