Hmm... I believe they live off the coast of Olivine down in Johto? As for Sinnoh, I'm afraid I don't know much about what lives here.

They do but I'm sure there's more than one place that they live in. I know little about Sinnoh myself. I haven't been in Sinnoh for about five years. A lot could have changed.

I spotted some Mantyke off the northern coast of Sunyshore, so you might just be in luck. They seemed pretty friendly, but I don't know how strong they are.
