When Sakura looked up? She would see a thin teenage girl staring down at her with an utterly blank expression, her bangs just barely covering up her eyes. There was also a shapeless (and very much unnatural) cloud of dark purple fog hovering above and behind Yuki's shoulder. After a moment...

... the cloud's eyes snapped open, leering balefully down at Sakura, and a chittering laughter echoed from the fanged mouth.

After Sakura was finished taking in Yuki and her companion, she might end up noticing a classy, slightly older man looking on in amusement. It was pure coincidence that Giovanni had wandered in on this-he had no real intention of participating in the bug-catching contest, but it was a decent way to scout out promising trainers that could be recruited... and, of course, potential enemies.

He hung back for the moment; it wasn't exactly an opportune time to introduce himself.

Having found herself on the ground, Sakura immediately opened her mouth to apologize to the girl who was staring at her blankly.... save for the fact she noticed the tell-tale shape, and sounds of a Ghastly next to her. All thoughts of apology were instantly forgotten.

That was enough to send her back into hysterics, once again wailing "Hoeeee!" at the top of her voice, crawling backwards along the floor against the nearest tree, Kero now also cowering in her arms after finally being freed from the floor.... she stayed with her eyes trained on the Ghastly and the girl it was with, stuttering. "I-I-I'm sorry! I-I-I didn't mean to trespass! I'm sorry..."

She was so caught up with watching the Ghastly, that she didn't notice Giovanni at all.

The Gastly swirled around Yuki's shoulders like some sort of incorporeal scarf, cackling madly at Sakura's reaction. She began floating closer, grinning toothily, and-

"Wraith," Yuki admonished, her voice quiet yet firm. The ghost-type pokemon backed away obediently, "tsk"-ing quietly to itself. That done, she stepped closer to Sakura before kneeling down in front of her, giving the younger trainer a once-over with her impassive (though very much human!) gaze. "... you are unharmed?" Yuki ignored the bit about trespassing. Clearly, Sakura was borderline hysterical, though she couldn't possibly imagine why this would be the case.

Left to her own devices, Wraith looked around at her surroundings with interest. After a moment, she noticed Giovanni and blinked. Rather than alert her trainer, though, the Gastly merely raised an eyebrow at the older man. Was this guy a fellow prankster?
