Delphox is TTO - Tush Tag Only. Meaning that it doesn't have the little hangtag. It doesn't have any pilling on the plush or anything but I can take closer photos... Just give me a minute here to respond to everyone below and I'll get to you!

Dedenne is MWT - Mint With Tags. I just transported them to one or two conventions to sell and that is it!
