I always thought Skarmory was like the Hawkgirl/Warhawk characters from DC Comics, it that it has wings, but it doesn't flap them to fly, rather it just... hovers and glides somehow. Though, I may just think that because I think Warhawk just looks like a humanoid Skarmory.

Also, great paintings! Your Mantine looks so pretty, which isn't something you'd think was possible with that pokemon.
