Ok, this may sound stupid but i have a question regarding my pokemon Diamond (I'm sure its the same for Pearl though) I have a Shinx (which is now a Luxio) and some times right before he attacks he like, pumps up twice, then attacks. He doesn't always do it and i haven't seen any of my other pokemon do it either. I dont know what it does or why he ( Read more... )

really, what would that be? He uses Intimidate in the begining of the battle and it couldn't be Rivalry because he did it to a girl once..... at least i think he did? But thanx, it just really weirded me out because it didn't say what it was, he kept doing it and i really didn't see any change is the attack its self.

ur luxio's ability should be rivalry then. his attack rises when faced with the same gender

Right now Quick Claw but i'm pretty sure before he did it too. I thought it was Rivalry before but then i didn't notice like any change in the attack power and i could of sworn he did it to a girl

It's the QuickClaw, 100% sure. My Shinx used to do the same thing.
